News: Anti-insurgency campaign on track, says Army chief

PHILIPPINE Army Chief Alexander Yano on Wednesday said he is optimistic that they would meet the deadline to dismantling insurgent groups in the Zamboanga Peninsula.

Yano, who visited the 101st and 102nd Infantry Army Brigades based in the two Zamboanga provinces — del Sur and del Norte — said the anti-insurgency campaign is right on track and is gaining momentum.
